Automated Installations Maintenance Technician (M/F)

About the company

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a recognized player in its sector, a traveling Automation Technician to join its customer service technician team.

Your tasks

Under the responsibility of the Customer Service Technician Manager, you will intervene directly in the field, at client sites, to ensure:

• The commissioning of machines and automated installations
• The training of user teams (operators, maintenance personnel)
• Troubleshooting and resolution of technical incidents
• Programming, fine-tuning, and preparation of retrofits and upgrades, in collaboration with internal technical services
• Various installation tasks: mechanics, wiring, technical audits

As a key interlocutor for clients, you will support and advise them on their installations (technical recommendations, optimizations, adjustments, continuous improvement). You will play a key role in customer satisfaction and loyalty, while reporting identified needs and points of vigilance from the field back to the company.

Requirements

Education: Bac +3 to Bac +5 with a specialization in automation

• A successful first experience in machine maintenance, with concrete practical application of your technical skills
• You are rigorous, reactive, and possess good analytical skills
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to report relevant information
• An operational level of English is required to work confidently internationally
• Driving license (Permis B) mandatory (frequent travel)

Other

All your missions are carried out in strict compliance with safety rules.

Traveling position: you will be required to travel in France and internationally (60 to 80% of the time), on missions ranging from a few days to 6 weeks.
