Le Groupe Piment is a recruitment firm seeking a Purchasing - Procurement - Logistics Manager (M/F) for one of its clients in the Aeronautics sector.

Your tasks

Reporting to the Industrial and Strategic Director, you will lead the company's Purchasing - Procurement - Logistics policy in accordance with our strategy, supported by a team of 6 employees.

In this capacity, you will structure, coordinate, and optimize the Purchasing - Procurement - Logistics department, and within this framework, we will entrust you with the following main missions:

• Rigorously develop supplier and subcontractor specifications according to needs, conduct tenders, and formalize purchase contractsSearch for new suppliers for investments, products, or services: prospecting, competitive bidding, reference catalogs, transfer plansManage supplier and subcontractor relationships: anticipate needs, establish and distribute forecasts, ensure monitoring and drive performance, resolve disputes, deploy a flow management strategy, manage process changesDrive and organize logistics flows and storage: implement logistics solutions guaranteeing customer delivery, control stock levels and optimize storage times and costs, manage the supply and packaging of goodsDeploy the logistics performance policy by relying on LEAN approachesRelay information to cross-functional departmentsManage your team of 6 employees, ensuring the application of and compliance with professional rules, regulations, processes, and standards within a framework of skill development and organization of backup coverage.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the Purchasing/Procurement/Logistics Process within the framework of EN9100 / EN9110, and in this capacity, you will ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

Ideally, you hold a Master's degree in M.A.I or Supply Chain Purchasing or are an engineer with experience in the Purchasing-Procurement-Logistics fieldsYou are proficient in Excel and GPAO tools (e.g., HELIOS)You possess solid professional experience that allows you to benefit from recognized technical expertiseA skilled negotiator, you know how to maintain high-quality relationships with all your interlocutors while conducting your projects with rigor and determinationYou are proficient in technical English, and your knowledge of the aeronautics sector would be a plus. </body>
