ELECTRONIC WIRING METHODS ENGINEER M/F

As a Mechatronics Methods Engineer, reporting to the Methods Manager and working in an R&D and multidisciplinary environment, your role will be to optimize the manufacturing processes of our products.

Your main missions will be to:

• Work in close collaboration with the Development department on the industrialization of our new products;
• Work in close collaboration with the Development department on the characterization / qualification of our manufacturing processes;
• Propose solutions for the optimization of our manufacturing processes;
• Be responsible for the definition and management of the industrial file of our products (BOM / routing / procedures) within our ERP;
• Be the Methods tools referent and contribute to actions for improving/standardizing working methods within the department;
• Be the process/methods referent for the Operational and Development teams.

EXPECTED PROFILE

• Do you have a Master's degree (BAC +5) from an Engineering school in electronics?
• Do you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment?
• Do you master the Methods toolkit?
• Are you able to analyze and interpret an electronic wiring diagram/plan?
• Do you master crimping, stripping, soldering processes... (IPC A610/A620 standards)?
• Do you have notions in mechanics (CAD)?
• Are you recognized for your interpersonal and collaborative skills?
• Do you have good listening/analysis and writing skills?
• Are you rigorous and organized?
• Are you comfortable with IT tools (Office suite) and the use of ERP?
• Do you speak English fluently?
