Recruitment Assistant M/F

L'Agence Groupe Morgan Services is looking for a Recruitment Assistant M/F for an Aeronautics company for a maternity leave replacement.

You will administer all CDI/CDD, internship, and apprenticeship recruitment processes for the company. In this capacity, you will interact with all stakeholders in the recruitment process: Human Resources Managers, Managers, recruitment agencies, schools, or other employment partners.

Your missions will be:

• Ensure compliance with the internal recruitment request process and associated budgets
• Write and publish internal and external job offers on the appropriate media and websites
• Follow up and organize recruitment interviews for internal mobility
• Sort and pre-select internship applications, administer internship agreements, and prepare their arrival in the company
• Manage the recruitment of apprentices within your scope in tandem with managers and tutors (CV sorting, recruitment interviews, scheduling appointments)
• Support the recruitment of certain worker and technician profiles (CV sorting, telephone pre-qualification, scheduling appointments)
• Organize and participate in reviews of external recruitments entrusted to our partner agencies for executive profiles and follow up on associated actions (ads, scheduling appointments)
• Manage negative responses and the update of our digital platforms
• Welcome interns, temporary workers, and apprentices
• Monitor and update KPIs
• Participate in recruitment forums
• Manage administrative data related to these recruitments

You hold a BAC+2/3 in Human Resources, and you can communicate fluently IN ENGLISH.

You are dynamic, curious, organized, and rigorous.

Your adaptability and versatility will be undeniable assets in successfully carrying out your various missions. You have a first experience within a recruitment department, a temporary staffing agency, or a recruitment agency.
