Reporting to Audrey, ADV & Flow Manager, you will join the International Flow team, composed of 9 employees. You will benefit from a personalized integration process, designed to allow you to quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and our Group processes.

With the objective of ensuring the reliability of the Division's sales, you are responsible for the following missions:

  • Team Management: Ensure the hierarchical management of 2 Pole Leads. Motivate, unite, and develop the skills of the teams. Participate in recruitment and organizational changes, relay company decisions with clarity and transparency.
  • Responsibility for availability / Sales Forecasts: Confirm the feasibility of customer needs. Drive, consolidate, and model sales forecasts for subsidiaries and Grand Export customers, analyze sales cycles, and identify impact factors. Work in close connection with commercial, industrial, and marketing teams.
  • Coordination & contingency management: Inform and integrate scheduled maintenance and technical shutdowns of factories, coordinate necessary trade-offs with various stakeholders, manage contingencies, shortages, clearances, and manufacturing backlogs.
  • Planning: Ensure the planning of European factories, define relevant stock levels in line with markets, DLUO / date contracts, and manufacturing cycles. Update and ensure the reliability of article data and planning parameters.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement of Finished Products through all sourcing for our own subsidiaries.
  • Continuous Improvement: Measure, analyze, and comment on Supply Chain KPIs: Sales Forecast Accuracy, Service Level (industrial & commercial), Loss; contribute to the evolution of practices and tools in a continuous improvement approach; actively participate in transformation projects.

This position is a permanent contract (CDI).

Your assets

  • Master's degree (Business School or Food Engineering School), with a specialization in Supply Chain.
  • Solid experience in international flow management, including forecasting, planning, and scheduling, ideally acquired in a demanding food or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Mastery of planning tools (FuturMaster appreciated).
  • Very good mastery of office tools.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Leadership, rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and team spirit, allowing you to evolve effectively in an open space and highly cross-functional environment.
