Come live your #LactalisExperience in Torcé (35 - Near Rennes) within the headquarters of our Lactalis Nutrition Santé Division, specialized in the manufacturing, marketing, and promotion of clinical, infant, and sports nutrition products under the brands DELICAL, PICOT, and APURNA, and join a team of passionate and expert employees who will support you daily. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will join a team of 18 passionate and committed employees.

You will manage demand, the customer promise, and service trade-offs to ensure the balance between market needs and company capacities.

Thus, your mission will be to: Drive the Demand strategy within the S&OP process by consolidating sales forecasts, facilitating Demand Reviews, and building demand scenarios.

Guarantee the quality of forecasts and Demand Planning performance by challenging commercial assumptions, analyzing variances between forecasts and actuals, and ensuring the reliability of forecasts for France, Belgium, and Export.

Manage a team of 5 employees by supporting their development and fostering a culture oriented toward performance and customer satisfaction.

Drive Customer Fulfillment and Export activity by ensuring consistency between orders, product availability, and customer priorities, while ensuring the integration of export needs into the global plan.

Contribute to business trade-offs and the improvement of Supply Chain performance by formulating recommendations on service priorities, managing tension situations, and driving performance indicators related to customer service, forecasting, and customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent contract (CDI) position.

Profile Description:

Your assets

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business, you have significant experience in Demand Planning, Customer Service, or a Supply Chain environment. You possess a global vision of the value chain and are recognized for your ability to work at the interface between sales and operations teams.

Your leadership, analytical skills, and communication qualities allow you to unite stakeholders and effectively drive trade-offs in a demanding environment.

Mastery of English is indispensable.
