Industrial Management Controller (M/F)
Job Description:
Come and live your #LactalisExperience within our Group Management Control Department based in Laval (53 - near Rennes and Angers). Within the Corporate team and reporting to Vyacheslav, Industrial IS Management Control Manager, you will work on the implementation of our new EPM project (IBM Planning Analytics+Power BI) intended to monitor all group activities. This central project for the business must enable the improvement of methods and monitoring.
As an important member of the Project team, you: Participate in the development of the new multidimensional management control cube for the industrial part (result construction, variance analysis, volumes, cost price, KPI, budget, forecast); Contribute to the definition of management rules and monitoring methods; Define the tool's test protocols; then perform these tests and support pilot teams in subsidiaries to ensure it meets user needs (subsidiary/central); Provide feedback to the IT teams; Write operating procedures and training documents in connection with IT; Participate in the deployment of tools in the various group subsidiaries by supporting local teams; Train users on the tool and support change management.
This is a permanent contract (CDI) position and will require occasional travel, in France and internationally, following the deployment plan.

You are proficient in English, have an appetite for information systems and project management, and have, ideally, already taken part in a similar IS project.
