Development Manager - Real Estate (M/F)
MISSIONS :
The Development Manager will report to the Deputy Development Director for the following missions:
- Ensure prospecting and detection of operations on behalf of the FAUBOURG PROMOTION company
- Respond to tenders from developers and/or promoters, public or private
TASKS :
- Ensure prospecting and detection of operations for the benefit of the company (Land, VEFA, BEFA, Tenders...) in collaboration with its management: Create and monitor a file of potential business opportunities.
- Implementation of client monitoring (key accounts, shippers, service providers...), political actors, and interested parties.
- Identify tenders that may be of interest to the company (public, private treaty...)
- Participate in the implementation of feasibility studies, definition of programmatic and/or client needs, and development of various operational choices in collaboration with its management
- Work on the definition of the project by analyzing market, financial, legal, and technical aspects.
- Conduct preliminary feasibility studies once the financial opportunity has been identified.
- Propose a technical, legal, and financial pre-study of the identified operations (analyze the market, competition, establish provisional balance sheets...)
- Participate in the preparation of commitment committees for validated operations.
- Participate in the marketing of identified operations that will be subject to a promotion contract via a network of marketers and clients (brokers, private treaty...)
- Participate in the negotiation and conclusion of all necessary contracts, the monitoring of their proper execution, and the financial results set at the launch of each program in collaboration with its management and ancillary services.
With higher education, a Master's degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in real estate, you have significant successful experience of 5 years after your studies, ideally acquired in a similar position. Experience in the logistics field would be an appreciated asset. A true driver of ideas and innovative initiatives, you possess excellent interpersonal and commercial skills. Dynamic, organized, and versatile, you enjoy exchanging and creating a relationship of trust with various interlocutors. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Compensation package: Fixed salary according to profile and professional experience + Participation Bonus + PEE + TR + Benefits.
