Order Picker - Huddinge - Full-time

You will be integrated into our Engineering / Service Pole to take charge of the HVAC/Fluids/Plumbing part of Design Management and/or General Contractor projects in our fields, from the customer request to the processing of reservations, including:

• Technical descriptions;
• Estimating;
• PID;
• Specific calculation notes;
• Tendering with companies;
• Development of your professional network in the field.

You must guarantee the achievement of the specifications objectives (technical, deadline, quality, cost, safety, environment) and customer satisfaction.

You may be required to take part in aspects related to the drafting of offers for the HVAC/Fluids/Plumbing part and in sales in relation with your pole director and the Development Director.

You will be in direct contact with the HVAC/Fluids/Plumbing referents at our clients to defend your design.

Higher education, Master's degree (Bac + 5) or equivalent in building thermal engineering (air treatment, fluid mechanics, ...).

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience, acquired in design management / engineering / General Contractor on complex operations (multi-disciplinary) in technical environments (healthcare, cleanrooms, research) with a preferential focus on air treatment.

Ability to manage a team (drafters) and to administratively manage a construction project.

Your organization, autonomy, and curiosity will be indispensable qualities to thrive in this position.

You master:

• ISO 9001 v 2015;
• Loi MOP / BTP / Construction;
• GMP / BPF / ISO / NF90351 standards;
• Psychrometric chart;
• English;
• Autocad;
• Revit would be a plus.
