End-of-studies Internship - Data Analyst - M/F

Your tasks

WHAT WE OFFER YOU Reporting to the Human Resources department, and as part of our transformation, we are looking for a Data Analyst for an end-of-studies internship to support several strategic projects related to data management and quality.

You will support the deployment and improvement of our data management tools, in collaboration with various Group departments and our subsidiaries.

In this role, your missions will be to

• Contribute to the integration and control of data from different systems and tools, ensuring its quality, reliability, and consistency
• Participate in the integration of new data flows alongside our service providers
• Support HR teams in the analysis, structuring, and reliability of data
• Be proactive in developing innovative tools and solutions to serve HR performance
• Collaborate with the various subsidiaries (France and International) to validate data and implement necessary corrections
• Participate in the testing phases of the tools
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to data management

Requirements

Technical skills

• Master's level (Bac+4/5) in data management
• Very high proficiency with tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Sensitivity to social data
• Fluent English is essential (written, oral)
