Your tasks
In this context, we are recruiting an M&A / Corporate Development Manager to support the General Management in development projects.
Scope Reporting to the Group General Management, you will lead the entire M&A process, from target identification to the finalization of operations.
As a true business partner, you will interact directly with various stakeholders: sellers, advisors (investment banks, lawyers), and internal teams.
To this end, your missions will be
- Identify and analyze external growth opportunities
- Lead financial due diligences and analyze risks
- Build valuation models and support investment decisions
- Participate in the structuring and negotiation of operations
- Coordinate all stakeholders (sellers, advisors, internal teams)
- Prepare strategic summary notes for General Management
- Support the integration of acquired companies
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE INTERESTS US
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in M&A, Transaction Services and/or Corporate Finance
- Solid mastery of financial analysis and valuation
- Ability to lead complex processes and interact with high-level interlocutors
- Analytical mindset, business sense, and strong autonomy
- Fluent English
