RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the ongoing development of our business, we are looking for a:
MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER M/F
You will ensure the technical and organizational interface between the design teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and the client. Your objective will be to take charge of a tender response from the analysis of the need to the management of consultations and the monitoring of technical justification. In this capacity, your missions will be:
Tender responses
- Analysis of specifications and input data;
- Technical decomposition of needs;
- Risk, assumption, and exclusion assessment;
- Construction of implementation strategies;
- Drafting of technical offers;
- Participation in costing with project teams;
Technical management
- Coordination of internal technical teams;
- Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers;
- Monitoring of technical actions and interfaces;
- Organization and facilitation of technical meetings;
- Consolidation of input data and deliverables;
Document drafting
- Establishment of technical purchasing specifications;
- Definition of supply scopes;
- Preparation of supplier consultations;
- Comparative analysis of received offers;
- Participation in technical reviews;
Consultation and technical purchasing
- Supplier consultation;
- Technical analysis of offers;
- Participation in technical negotiations;
- Monitoring of technical clarifications until contracting;
Project technical support
- Assistance to project managers;
- Contribution to justification notes;
- Monitoring of technical action plans;
- Participation in client and supplier reviews;
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Holder of a Master's degree (generalist engineer or in mechanics), ideally supplemented by training in project management, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment. Experience in the nuclear sector is a real asset. You possess solid knowledge of mechanics and industrial equipment and are proficient in reading and analyzing specifications, as well as drafting technical specifications. You are also comfortable with supplier and subcontractor consultation, technical offer analysis, and document management. You are proficient in office tools, notably Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Rigorous and possessing a very high level of writing skills, you have real analytical and synthesis capabilities as well as good interpersonal skills. Your ability to adapt allows you to quickly gain autonomy on assigned topics. An English level of B1 to B2 is required.
Permanent contract (CDI) to be filled in Toulouse (31). Annual gross remuneration between 40 and 45 K€ depending on profile and experience.
