TEST AND INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER M/F
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a continuation of our business development, we are looking for:
AN AEROENGINE TEST & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER M/F
You will work on the testing activities of turbofan type aeroengines and participate in the preparation, instrumentation, execution, monitoring, and analysis of engine tests, in collaboration with the test, design office, instrumentation, systems, performance, quality, and test facilities teams. This position, with high technical content, offers real career prospects, with the possibility of progressively taking on more responsibility in managing test campaigns, the technical coordination of test facilities, and complex engine projects. In this capacity, your main missions will be:
- Participating in the definition and preparation of engine test campaigns based on technical objectives and program requirements;
- Analyzing test requests, technical specifications, procedures, and acceptance criteria;
- Defining and/or validating the instrumentation and measurement needs required for the tests;
- Participating in the preparation and configuration of the engine test bench and its associated means;
- Defining and monitoring measurement chains and data acquisition systems;
- Monitoring the installation and validation of instrumentation before testing;
- Participating in preparation and "readiness" reviews before launching campaigns;
- Monitoring the progress of tests and real-time analysis of critical parameters;
- Identifying anomalies, drifts, or measurement inconsistencies and participating in their resolution;
- Exploiting, analyzing, and interpreting data resulting from the tests;
- Comparing obtained results with expected performance, specifications, and acceptance criteria;
- Participating in anomaly analysis and technical investigations ( Root Cause Analysis );
- Writing test reports, summaries, and syntheses;
- Monitoring actions and risks identified during campaigns;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of test methods, procedures, and means.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
With a higher education degree at the BAC+5 level (engineering school or university) in mechanics, energy, aeronautics, systems, physical measurements, instrumentation, or an equivalent field, you ideally have approximately 5 years of experience in testing, instrumentation, or test facilities, ideally in the sectors of aeroengines, turbomachinery, propulsion, defense, or complex test benches. Skills in the following areas will be strongly appreciated: Engine testing - Test benches - Instrumentation - Data acquisition - Measurement chains - Sensors - Calibration - Data analysis - Signal processing - Vibration analysis - Validation & Verification - Technical investigation. B1 or B2 level English is required, as well as knowledge of EN 9100 / AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, EASA / CS-E standards.

Autonomous and possessing good synthesis skills, you enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary technical interlocutors.
Permanent contract (CDI) to be filled in Moissy-Cramayel (77), remuneration between 45 and 58 K€ per year depending on profile and experience + benefits.
