ENGINEERING ENGINE CALIBRATION M/F
Your tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES: In line with the continued development of our activity, we are looking for: AN ENGINE THERMAL ENERGY DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER M/F Within the "Development and Exploitation" team, you will participate in the optimization of engine energy performance while respecting reliability and legality criteria: combustion optimization, air loop, torque structure, injection, energy management, engine protections. Thus, you will intervene in the analysis of test results, the definition and application of engine settings, as well as the validation of calibrations on virtual and physical test benches.
In this capacity, your main missions will be
- The preparation, execution, and monitoring of test campaigns on SIL, engine benches, and GMP benches;
- The execution of data processing and analysis of test data;
- The construction, updating, and validation of engine maps;
- The development of engine energy functions: Combustion / Torque Management / Air Loop Management / Injection Management / Energy Management / Protections / Model-based Diagnostic
- The identification of optimization axes, settings, methods, and tools;
- Participation in technical reviews and fault analyses;
- The validation of calibrations at different development milestones;
- The capitalization of results and the writing of technical reports;
- The proposal of control laws in relation to the software development team.
