RESPONSIBILITIES:

A DEPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PROJECT MANAGER M/F

As part of the deployment of SAP-NPG, you will participate in the preparation, organization, and deployment of training for users. You will be the primary point of contact and will ensure coordination between project teams, teams in charge of training design, and the populations to be trained. In this capacity, your main missions will be:

Phase 1 - Preparation and construction of training paths:

• Lead and monitor the progress of the training design service;
• Coordinate the various contributors and ensure they have all the necessary elements for the construction of the modules;
• Identify any potential bottlenecks and ensure their resolution or escalation to the relevant stakeholders;
• Finalize the construction of the training paths;
• Associate the various training modules with the relevant user profiles and populations;
• Verify the consistency and coverage of training needs;

Phase 2 - Deployment and organization of training:

• Build and monitor the global training schedule;
• Identify the persons/populations to be trained;
• Organize and manage invitations to training sessions;
• Coordinate the various actors involved in the deployment;
• Ensure the availability and proper preparation of training rooms;
• Verify that the material and organizational conditions are met before each session;
• Monitor the progress of the training;
• Identify any potential discrepancies, difficulties, or additional needs;
• Adapt the schedule and organize the necessary adjustments based on the progress of the deployment;
• Provide regular reporting to the project teams.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

With a higher education background at the BAC+2/3 level, you have significant experience in project management and change management. Experience within the framework of an IT / IS deployment, ideally on a transformation project or the deployment of a business tool, is highly appreciated. Experience in managing training systems or user support constitutes a real asset. B1 level English is required.

Rigorous, organized, and autonomous, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and very good communication abilities. Attentive to users and driven by a sense of service, you know how to demonstrate reactivity, adaptability, and initiative to understand needs and provide appropriate responses.

Fixed-term contract (CDD) for a duration of 3 months to be filled in Niort (79), remuneration between 38 and 40 K€ per year depending on profile and experience + benefits.
