As part of the monitoring and management of industrial activities, you will support teams in conducting production activities, evolutions, and improvement plans. In this capacity, your main missions will be:

Monitoring production activities:

Monitoring evolutions and improvement plans:

  • Schedule activities and define the DRL (Data Requirement List);
  • Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary activities: engineering, industrialization, quality, support, and production;
  • Ensure monitoring of the schedule and deliverables;
  • Monitor financial aspects related to labor (MO) and purchasing;
  • Perform monthly updates of committed expenses and the RAF (Reste À Faire);
  • Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks;
  • Organize and participate in project progress meetings with the client based on evolutions and needs;
  • Ensure regular escalation of alerts, blocking points, and actions to be taken.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

With a higher education degree at the BAC+5 level (engineering school or university) in project management, industrial engineering, or industrial engineering, you have at least 2 years of experience in project management or monitoring within an industrial environment. You are proficient in project scheduling on Microsoft Project and have good knowledge of management tools such as LOB, DRL, scheduling, RAF. You are comfortable in environments requiring the coordination of several stakeholders and know how to ensure the simultaneous monitoring of multiple subjects. B1 level English is required.

Your capacity for analysis, synthesis, your organization, and your writing and interpersonal skills allow you to be comfortable in the preparation and presentation of reports.
