Sr. Process Engineer

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Troubleshoot production and equipment issues using structured root cause analysis.

Optimize machining processes, cycle times, tooling, and process parameters.

Support production during planned and unplanned downtime.

Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve process reliability.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and process standards.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, scrap, and downtime.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (metal industry preferred).

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of machining processes, process optimization, and manufacturing engineering.

Understanding of process capability (Cp/Cpk), SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.

Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is an advantage.

Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support production teams.
