Artemys Paris, located in the 10th arrondissement, is an entity specialized in system infrastructures. With 36 years of expertise, it supports companies, mainly located in Ile-de-France, in their digital transformation.

It is within this entity, the oldest in the group, that the adventure began. Over the years, Artemys has been able to build loyalty with a demanding clientele of Grands Comptes, some clients having accompanied the company since its creation, in various sectors.

Your tasks

Your mission (if you accept it) To support one of our large account clients in the banking, financial and insurance sector (BFA), we are looking for a Technical Project Manager / PMO Infrastructure IA & MaaS.

Your challenge? To support the deployment of a Metal as a Service (MaaS) hosting platform intended to expose artificial intelligence services and language models (LLM) to different entities of the Group. Concretely, your responsibilities will be to:

• Drive the technical roadmap: scoping, planning, milestone tracking, risk identification and coordination of deliverables.
• Guarantee architectural consistency: monitoring and validation of HLD/LLD documents, identification of prerequisites and compliance with technical standards.
• Orchestrate stakeholders: Infrastructure, Network, Security, Storage, Supervision teams, business entities and external publishers.
• Facilitate technical workshops: bringing experts together, facilitating arbitration and transforming discussions into concrete decisions.
• Monitor financial commitments: consolidation of costs, analysis of quotes and monitoring of necessary resources.
• Support migration strategies: identifying opportunities for pooling and optimizing existing infrastructures.
• Ensure reporting and governance: communicating on progress, anticipating blocking points and capitalizing on feedback.

Requirements

The playground?

• MaaS / Bare Metal Infrastructure: mastery of physical hosting environments and associated architectures.
• Containerization and orchestration: good knowledge of containerized architectures and deployment and orchestration mechanisms.
• GPU & IA infrastructures: understanding of GPU technologies, IA middlewares and LLM model hosting constraints.
• Virtualization: understanding of virtualized environments and their articulation with physical infrastructures.
• Technical architecture: mastery of HLD/LLD design principles and infrastructure architecture standards.
• Networks & Security: understanding the issues of connectivity, segmentation, securing and integrating platforms.
• Service & Solution Approach: ability to transform business needs into actionable, high-performance and sustainable technical solutions.
• Technical project management: management of schedules, risks, dependencies, costs and deliverables.

The profile we are looking for

• You have proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, ideally with a strong technical architecture dimension.
• You imperatively have experience in the BFA sector (Banking, Finance, Insurance) and know its requirements regarding security, governance and infrastructure robustness.
• You are capable of understanding a technical architecture, challenging experts and managing its implementation without necessarily being the one who configures the infrastructures.
• You are comfortable in large account environments, with multiple stakeholders and structuring technical issues.
• You master professional English, both spoken and written.
• You know how to unite multidisciplinary teams, facilitate workshops and move topics forward, even when they involve several departments.
