Artemys Paris, located in the 10th arrondissement, is an entity specializing in system infrastructures. With 36 years of expertise, it supports companies, mainly located in Ile-de-France, in their digital transformation.
It is within this entity, the oldest in the group, that the adventure began. Over the years, Artemys has been able to build loyalty with a demanding clientele of Grands Comptes, with some clients accompanying the company since its creation, across various sectors.
Recognized for its technical rigor and human values, it is today a key player in Infrastructures, Cloud, and Modern Workplace.
Your tasks
Your mission (if you accept it) Define the architecture, standards, and technical choices for Azure, hybrid, systems, networks, and identity infrastructures, in line with the CIO's orientations.
Technically lead the Infrastructure Engineering team and guarantee the quality of Design & Build, automation, resilience, and transfer to Run.
Supervise the quality of MCO, the management of recurring incidents, monitoring, and corrective actions.
Drive Service Delivery governance (SLA, KPI, backlog, escalations, Problem Management, and improvement plans) and coordinate the technical interface with the SOC.
Perform the Duty Manager function on a rotation basis, coordinate critical incidents, and submit structural decisions regarding architecture, budget, sourcing, and risks to the CIO.
Requirements
The profile we are looking for
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a challenging environment
- You have experience working with Grands Comptes clients
- You have a fluent level of English, both spoken and written
- You demonstrate rigor, agility, and proactivity, and possess excellent writing skills

- Cloud & systems: Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, hybrid identity, Microsoft 365.
- Infrastructure: hybrid and on-premises environments, enterprise networks, virtualization, backup, restoration, and resilience (Nutanix appreciated).
- Architecture & automation: architecture design, scripting, technical security, hardening, and advanced diagnostics.
- Service Delivery & governance: provider management, SLA/KPI monitoring, service reviews, and corrective action plans.
Mission conditions
- Location: Paris 8ème
- Remote work: no
- Format: Mission with a perspective of pre-hiring at our client.
- Pre-hiring possible: Following 8 months of mission, subject to mutual validation.
- Target remuneration at the client: €72,000 to €80,000 gross annual, depending on your expertise and experience, in the event of hiring at the end of the mission.
