Arcatem, located in the 10th arrondissement, is an entity specialized in Security and Networks.

With 17 years of expertise, it joined the Group in 2017. It supports major clients based in Ile-de-France in their projects and offers architecture, technical expertise, and N3 engineering services to major players in various business sectors.

It is within this entity that a local team operates, committed alongside employees, composed of a technical director, an HR Manager, as well as a director, Mr. Boris Gunther, who has been present since the beginning of the adventure.

Recognized for its technical rigor, its high level of certification, and its human values, it is today a key player in leading solutions such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, F5 or even cloud solutions AZURE and AWS.

Your mission (if you accept it):

As part of a vast LAN Campus renovation and modernization project, we are looking for a Network Technical Project Manager to support our client on a strategic program that could extend over 2 years.

You will specifically intervene on:

• The analysis of the tender and participation in the selection of the integrator and the LAN technology
• The global scoping of the project: launch, governance, committee management, reporting, and macro-planning
• The management of the different project phases until production deployment
• The coordination of all stakeholders: network architect, integrator, internal teams, cabling, and the team in charge of building renovation
• The monitoring of deliverables, risks, alerts, escalations, orders, and receptions
• The organization and monitoring of prototyping, testing, acceptance, and pilot phases
• The monitoring of the schedule and actions under Jira

The playground?

You will evolve in a large-scale LAN Campus environment, notably with:

• LAN L2 / L3 Switching
• Campus network architectures
• 3-tier architecture
• Stack and uplinks
• Replacement of more than 250 switches
• WiFi: SSID, coverage, replacement of existing access points
• PoE technologies
• Strengthening WiFi security
• Implementation of a NAC solution
• Prototyping, testing, acceptance, and pilot phases

The profile we are looking for:

• You have at least 8 years of experience in technical project management / IT infrastructure
• You have already managed at least one significant project involving the deployment or renovation of a large-scale LAN Campus
• You master the fundamentals of project management: scoping, planning, committee management, reporting, risk management, escalations, and monitoring of deliverables
• You possess a good technical understanding of LAN, switching, and WiFi environments
• You are able to communicate effectively with architects, technical experts, integrators, and business teams
• You understand how a tender works and have ideally already participated in a consultation or an integrator selection
• Proficiency in Jira is a plus
• You have technical English, particularly in comprehension
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your rigor, and your ability to produce clear and structured documentation
