Agil-IT, located in Isneauville (near Rouen) is an entity specialized in Data, Development and IT project management. With over 20 years of expertise, it supports companies, mainly located in Normandy, in their digital transformation.
It is within this entity that our Data expertise is developing.

Your tasks
In order to strengthen project management and smooth out exchanges between business units and technical teams, we are looking for a Project Manager / Data AMOA M/F for our client.
Your mission (if you accept it)
- Scoping of business needs and project organization.
- Preparation and facilitation of workshops with various stakeholders.
- Collection and formalization of functional needs.
- Writing of specifications and functional specifications.
- Production and contribution to project documentation: processes, flow diagrams, Data architecture, data mapping, test plans.
- Coordination of business and technical teams: Business, interoperability, Analytics Engineers, BI and developers.
- Steering and monitoring of developments.
- Management and updating of the backlog in the project management tool.
- Monitoring of schedules and compliance with deadlines.
- Organization and monitoring of validation and acceptance phases.
- Delivery of deliverables to business teams.
- Preparation and facilitation of project monitoring meetings (COPROJ / COPIL).
- Reporting and monitoring of project progress.

- ERP: SAP (target solution of the harmonization program).
- Business Intelligence: Microsoft Power BI.
- Data: centralized Data platform, data integration and migration, mapping and data flows.
- Methodologies: Agile / Scrum.
- Project Management: backlog, COPROJ, COPIL, reporting, monitoring of developments and functional acceptance.
- Environment: international IS, multiple ERPs, multidisciplinary business and technical teams.
Requirements
The profile we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager / AMOA.
- Experience in scoping, steering and coordinating projects involving business and technical teams.
- Good mastery of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to write functional specifications and structure project documentation.
- Experience in organizing and managing functional acceptance.
- Ability to coordinate multiple interlocutors and monitor delivery commitments.
- Professional English is essential in an international context.
- An interest in Data projects is appreciated.
What we offer
TJM: Between €500 and €550 (Depending on your expertise)
