Head of Digital Pole (CTO / Lead Tech) M/F

Your tasks

Product and technical strategy

• Define the product and technical roadmap, and arbitrate priorities with business units.
• Define the target architecture and drive the trajectory to achieve it.
• Build and monitor the pole's budget (team, service providers, cloud, licenses).
• Select and manage technological service providers and partners.
• Contribute to innovation funding files (subsidies, CII/CIR).

Management

• Recruit, supervise, and grow a team of developers (internal and service providers).
• Lead agile rituals and ensure reporting to the Management and CODIR.

Delivery and technical excellence

• Guarantee the quality, deadlines, and budget of projects.
• Remain technically involved: architecture, critical developments, code reviews, testing.
• Implement industrialization (CI/CD, load testing).
• Supervise the run and guarantee availability, security, and compliance (RGPD, IoT cybersecurity).

Requirements

• Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent).
• At least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in technical team management (Lead developer, CTO, Head of Engineering).
• Successful experience in managing a product roadmap.
• Very good mastery of NodeJS / TypeScript and React Native (iOS and Android deployment).
• Micro-services and event-driven architectures (Kafka), high availability, AWS services.
• Good level of English.
• A plus: DevOps (Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub), IoT (MQTT, BLE), data / IA.
