Mission Description:
Reporting to the Operations Domain of the Airport Management Directorate, which manages the operations of all Paris-Charles de Gaulle Terminals, you will work in close collaboration with the stakeholders of the Airport Management Directorate as well as the Group Client Directorate via EXTIME, the new hospitality brand in the duty-free commercial zone and boarding lounge led by a Maître de Maison. This is to guarantee, on a daily basis in the field, the consistency, quality, and efficiency of the customer journey within our terminals.
You are functionally reporting to the Hospitality Director (Business Expert) of Paris-Charles de Gaulle and are part of the hospitality stakeholder network.

You are the guarantor, within a delimited geographical area, of the deployment of a customer experience aligned with the global vision of the company.
As a true conductor, you ensure, on a daily basis, the proper deployment of standards and the implementation of actions adapted to each situation, and you constantly monitor the comfort and atmosphere conditions experienced by passengers.
You animate and develop skills, supervise the deployment of the hospitality project methods and tools, and challenge the collective.
You take into account field performance regarding hospitality across the entire Departure/Arrival passenger journey and work towards its continuous improvement.
Holding a Master's degree (BAC +5) ideally from a Business School or Hotel School, or equivalent experience, your background has exposed you to the 5-star Hotel sector, luxury retail, airlines in charge of the "first" product, or service companies.
Significant and successful experience of at least 5 years is expected in Team Management serving clients or as a pilot of a customer experience transformation project.
You also present expertise in the field of reception and customer relationship consulting.
Concerned about passenger well-being, you have a sense of observation, detail, and service, and possess strong reactivity to improve the customer experience.
Embodying the hospitality dimension daily, you are recognized for your leadership, your great listening skills to engage teams, and your ability to transmit knowledge and soft skills. You are dynamic and prioritize a positive attitude.
Your analytical, synthesis, rigor, and organizational skills will also be appreciated.
Fluency in at least one foreign language is required (English mandatory).
The position to be filled is full-time and based in Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
