Tourism Development Manager M/F
In this capacity, you will carry out the following main missions:
- Develop and execute the tourism traffic (inbound) development strategy for Paris (and relevant Groupe ADP airports), by identifying target source markets to prioritize (in volume and value), the travel distribution players (tour operators, OTA, others, etc.) to target, as well as the levers to implement to unlock new visitor passenger traffic potential.
- Ensure market and trend monitoring and identify, analyze, and map the main tourism players (public authorities, tour operators, travel agencies, and tourism offices) in priority markets, notably the Middle East, China, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
- Ensure effective coordination with other relevant internal actors (client division, public affairs, marketing, communication across all airports in the Groupe ADP airport portfolio) and external stakeholders / institutions (Atout France, CRT, Tourism boards, etc.).
- Support route development activities (in terms of market analysis, creation of the Air Traffic Development strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Air Traffic Development Managers, production of business cases for airlines, facilitating the link between tour operators and airlines, workshops,) and promotion of destinations served by Groupe ADP airports towards (and supervise relations with) the stakeholders mentioned below.
In addition, you will carry out the following secondary missions:
- Coordinate the department's internal and external communication actions (digital, events, press).
- Support the promotion of commercial services (namely Extime) in markets not covered by the Groupe ADP commercial department (DCLM).
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of your activities: market monitoring, activity reports, by contributing to the update of the CRM.
- Support the marketing strategy aimed at promoting the Groupe ADP airport portfolio by creating promotional material, creating B2B newsletter content, and participating in the organization of promotional events.
With a Master's degree (BAC+5), ideally from a business school, engineering school, political science school, university, or equivalent training, you have at least 5 years of significant experience in international business development (tourism or air transport industries preferred).
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills and an entrepreneurial spirit allowing you to identify and generate business autonomously.
Experience in representing company interests to potential prospects (up to C-level).
The selected candidate must master Excel, Power Point, and Word software in order to produce analyses and reports autonomously.
Fluent English is mandatory; French and Mandarin would be a plus.
The position to be filled is full-time and based in Paris-Charles de Gaulle; regular travel in France and internationally is to be expected.
Teleworking possible 3 days per week.
