HVAC / Plumbing / BIM Designer - M/F

Within the Engineering Department, reporting to the Building Technical department, you will intervene during the design phase on various technical projects. Reporting to the Environment and Fluids activity and in collaboration with other members of the division, you will ensure or actively participate in fluids studies (HVAC, plumbing, sprinkling, smoke extraction) and the creation of various graphic models (REVIT). In this capacity:

• You carry out site surveys or obtain the information necessary for the creation of plans / studies;
• You perform modeling under Revit/Autocad plans or verify the creation of plans by draftsmen (temporary staff or subcontracting);
• You have the capacity / experience to exploit point clouds and perform the associated 3D modeling;
• You are responsible for the application and compliance of the BIM graphic charter by external collaborators (temporary staff, subcontracting) and are in continuous contact with the BIM managers teams;
• You draft technical documents (for example, tender documents or study files) on HVAC and/or plumbing files autonomously or in support of a design engineer;
• You provide technical support to the project teams;
• You evaluate and quantify the economic and ecological cost of the project;
• You assist the project team with the technical and economic analysis of company bids.

During the VISA phase, you issue technical opinions on the companies' execution studies using Electronic Document Management (GED) platforms. Furthermore, you participate in the implementation of work tools and methods (BIM objects, thermal balance ratio tables, carbon tools) through permanent exchange/sharing with other members of the division and ensure technical, technological, and regulatory monitoring in the technical field and on the software used.

Holder of a Bac +2 specializing in climate or energy engineering completed by training / specialization in BIM, you possess a minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience in an engineering design office / implementation of fluids networks and in BIM modeling is required. Specific skills: Knowledge in HVAC / plumbing / sprinkling / smoke extraction. Advanced knowledge in 3D modeling: point cloud exploitation, modeling (Advanced mastery of AUTOCAD, REVIT MEP and Pack Office). Personal qualities: organization, rigor, creativity, autonomy, interpersonal skills. Mastery of technical English.

Position based in Paris-Orly with occasional travel to Paris-Charles de Gaulle or even Paris-Le Bourget, eligible for regular teleworking.
