Technical Graduate Program M/F
Depending on your background and the Group's needs, you will be able to carry out a mission across different project phases (upstream, studies, implementation, commissioning) with a responsible role in key challenges:
- Design office missions in one of the activity areas (buildings, infrastructure, baggage, industrial systems, fluids and energy, architecture...) : you perform site surveys, conduct technical, economic, and environmental studies related to the project, including drafting the technical documentation necessary for tenders.
- Site supervision mission: you participate in work supervision by ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality. You take part in site meetings, contribute to reporting, the compliance of achievements, and the coordination of stakeholders, while respecting safety and environmental requirements.
- Project management missions in one of the activity areas (buildings, infrastructure, industrial systems, ...) : you lead projects that can intervene from design through to handover, accompanying commissioning with partners and clients. You participate in project steering through the creation and monitoring of relevant indicators for project progress (cost, deadline, quality).
In general, two missions are carried out within the Direction Engineering and Capital Projects (ECP) and at least one mission within the operational directorates corresponding to the airport platforms of Paris-Orly, Paris-Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Le Bourget, as well as the Direction de l'Immobilier.
The various missions are carried out in different company directorates across the 3 platforms (Paris-Orly, Paris-Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Le Bourget).

- Regular events specific to the Graduate program (conferences on emblematic projects, facility visits...)
- Graduate with a Bac+5 (Generalist Engineer, public works, building or civil engineering, or architecture)
- Recent graduate or first experience (maximum 2 years excluding internships/work-study)
- Professional English is essential
