Services Buyer - M/F
Segments concerned: the Services Purchasing portfolio includes multiple services (Cleaning, Transport, Handling, Assistance for Persons with Disabilities, Security...) for a total of 250 Meuros. As a Lead Buyer, you will be responsible for several of these segments regarding tendering, contract management, and strategies. Service provisions are a critical link in the passenger journey chain and therefore represent a critical financial, qualitative, and social management challenge for Groupe ADP.
Within the Purchasing Department, under the responsibility of the Operations Services Purchasing Manager, you must:
- Define and monitor purchasing strategies adapted to the segments within your scope of responsibility;
- Optimize current operating processes by proposing innovative solutions that reconcile quality improvement and cost reduction while respecting purchasing rules and procedures;
- Negotiate and formalize contracts with the relevant stakeholders;
- Identify and cover risks related to the activities within your scope of responsibility;
- Develop and operate a supplier quality management system (MQF) adapted to each segment within your scope of responsibility;
- Organize and lead supplier reviews in connection with the top management of Groupe ADP;
- Act as the guarantor of the ISO 9001 certification for the Purchasing Department and participate in certification maintenance audits.
With a Master's degree (BAC +5) from a Business School or Engineering School with a specialty in Purchasing, you possess a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in project purchasing, ideally in an international environment. Expected skills:
- Mastery of purchasing and negotiation techniques in complex frameworks
- Financial analysis and value analysis
- Ideally, knowledge of the public procurement regulatory framework
- Ability to propose innovative strategies to meet the performance objectives desired by the company (savings plans)
- Interpersonal skills for multiple internal and external interactions
- Proven writing skills
- High reactivity, rigor, and organizational skills
- Mastery of Pack office (especially Excel) and ideally knowledge of the Ivalua tool.
- Fluent English

- Position based in Paris-Orly with occasional travel to be expected to other airport platforms in the Île-de-France region (Paris-Le Bourget, Paris-Charles de Gaulle ...)
