Your tasks
Under the responsibility of the Technical Manager and the General Director, you will ensure the proper functioning, installation, and maintenance of the technical installations of Groupe 1981, its radio stations, and its advertising agency.
You will specifically ensure the continuous operation of the Group's radio programs.
Main Missions In collaboration with the Technical department, your missions will be:
- Installation and maintenance of radio studios
- Level 1 Broadcast IT Administration.
- Hardware evolution of installations
- Design and implementation of technical systems
- Management, monitoring, and ordering of equipment
- Maintenance of terrestrial broadcasting transmitters
- Formatting of IT documents, reports, minutes, procedures
- Operation of the network and IT park
- Support and training of users
- Monitoring of new technologies
Requirements
Training and diplomas: BAC +2 in IT, networks, electronics (mandatory)
Hard Skills
- Knowledge of or interest in radio
- Mastery of office IT tools
- Mastery of Windows environments, knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, Linux, and mastery of virtualization solutions (VMware, Proxmox.)
- Knowledge of audio equipment and software.
- Knowledge of how automation software works (Adeuxi, Zetta, Dalet or equivalent).
- Mastery of DHD audio consoles would be a plus.
- Knowledge of audio transport protocols over IP (Aoip, Dante, AES67, Ravenna, Livewire)
- Network knowledge

GROUPE 1981 is recruiting a Radio Broadcast Technician (M/F).
Location: The headquarters is located in Orléans (45).
Frequent travel to be expected to our two sites in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92) and Bègles (33), as well as to all our broadcasting points in metropolitan France. A company vehicle will be provided by the company for these trips. Driving license B mandatory.
On-call duties to ensure the continuity of radio service.
