In this position, you will make a decisive contribution to the smooth handling of all warehouse and logistics processes within the company. As an interface between the warehouse team, production, and external service providers, you will ensure an efficient flow of goods and the timely supply of internal and external customers. In doing so, you will take responsibility for operational management, inventory management, and quality assurance in the logistics area.

About the Role

• Leadership and deployment planning of warehouse personnel, including shift and task coordination
• Responsibility for inventory management, warehouse organization, and inventory processes
• Management and monitoring of external transport and warehouse service providers
• Handling of the entire flow of goods: goods receipt, storage, production supply, shipping, and disposal
• Ensuring timely customer deliveries including order picking, shipping planning, and transport security

About You

• Completed training in the field of logistics as well as several years of experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment
• Leadership experience – or sound operational experience with demonstrable assumption of responsibility, e.g., as a deputy Team Leader
• Confident handling of warehouse management systems, ERP, and MS Office 365
• Knowledge of load securing and logistics-relevant regulations
• English skills at A2 level as well as a valid forklift license (Class C driver's license an advantage)
