Your tasks
The Opportunity As a key member of our legal department, you will navigate the complexities of the Egyptian legal landscape, providing bold and strategic counsel that drives our business forward. You won't just be reviewing documents; you will be a trusted advisor shaping the future of our organization through expert Risk Management and Corporate Governance.
- Lead high-level Corporate Law initiatives and manage complex legal projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee all Legal Affairs, ensuring our operations remain agile and compliant.
- Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial contracts that protect our interests and foster growth.
- Provide proactive Compliance oversight and develop robust Risk Management frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal insights that support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of professional experience in a legal capacity, with a strong emphasis on Corporate Law and Legal Affairs.
- Proven track record at an Experienced career level, demonstrating the ability to handle complex legal challenges with minimal supervision.
- Advanced proficiency in Contract Negotiation, Legal Research, and Commercial Law.
- Deep understanding of Corporate Governance and Dispute Resolution methodologies.
- Exceptional Legal Writing skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Must be based in or willing to work On-site in Cairo, Egypt.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law is required, with a preference for candidates who have pursued further specialized legal certifications.
