A leading company in aesthetic medicine Botulinum Toxin, Fillers, Skin Boosters is expanding its commercial team.
We are looking for top talents to join our team:
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Medical Representatives / KAMs to achieve sales targets
- Develop territory business plans and quarterly forecast
- Manage key accounts: dermatology clinics, plastic surgery centers, aesthetic chains
- Drive launch activities and training programs for HCPs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and stock levels
Location: Cairo - Field based Reporting to: Business Unit Head / Managing Director
- Bachelor degree - Pharmacy, Medicine, Science or Vet Medicine preferred
- Minimum 1+ year experience in TEAM MANAGEMENT in pharma / aesthetic / derma
- Total experience: 5+ years in sales
- Strong leadership, coaching and analytical skills
- Valid driving license & Cairo resident
