Tasks:

• Bathe and shampoo animals.
• Document animal behaviour.
• Prepare food and feed animals.
• Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stall and enclosures.
• Keep records of animals treated.
• Maintain and order supplies.
• Office management.
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Provide customer service.
• Handle cash transactions.
• Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Animal specialization:

Domestic animals/pets (cats, kittens, puppies, dogs, etc.).
