TEAM LEADER STANDARDIZATION (M/F/D)

These tasks await you:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees in their team as well as identifying and initiating qualification and further development measures
• Definition, control, monitoring, and optimization of processes in the field of mechanical design in relation to standardization and normalization in very close coordination with electrical hardware and software standardization
• Support for the user-oriented system administrators, creation of guidelines in the design areas
• Standardization and approval of in-house standards, standards, and purchased parts, measures to reduce C-parts
• Increasing efficiency in the mechanical design areas through technological and economic further development of the user-side tool landscape, processes, and interfaces. Planning and implementation of the necessary updates or introduction of new programs in close coordination with the affected areas and the IT department
• Enforcement of standard solutions and corresponding verification

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed studies, Technician (m/f/d) in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, or comparable knowledge and skills
• Ideally several years of professional experience, especially in the pharma packaging sector, as well as sound knowledge of current regulations and guidelines
• Strong quality and process thinking and very good analytical skills
• High commitment and confident appearance as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
