To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

TRAINING SPECIALIST / TECHNICAL TRAINER / LECTURER (M/F/D)

These tasks await you:

• Planning, conception, and implementation of customer and employee training
• Independent creation of training materials, including videos and animations
• Updating training materials and content in coordination with the responsible specialist departments
• Participation in the target-group-oriented further development of the existing training concept

What you bring to the role:

• Completed training as Industriemechaniker (m/f/d), Elektroniker (m/f/d), Mechatroniker (m/f/d) with further training as Meister (m/f/d) / Techniker (m/f/d) / Technischer Fachwirt (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in machine construction, as well as knowledge in conducting training or presentations is desirable
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
• Confident appearance, rhetorical and didactic skills, as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Experience with E-Learning and Blended Learning is an advantage
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to travel worldwide
