Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the organization, maintenance, and selection of our test pool of bikes and e-bikes
• You support events, trade fairs, technical training, and dealer events in cooperation with marketing in our sales territories
• You support the Inside and Outside Sales teams in all technical areas and take care of the After Sales and Claim Management process in cooperation with Brand Management
• You organize the setup and implementation of After Sales processes to increase customer satisfaction and ensure long-term customer loyalty
• You work with our brands and create evaluations and measures to keep the quality of our products at the highest possible standard

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed training as a Zweiradmechatroniker or a comparable training with professional experience in the field of Bike and E-Bike
• You are a technical personality with high customer orientation, persuasiveness, quality awareness, and brand awareness
• You combine technical expertise with problem-solving competence and operational efficiency
• You are willing to demonstrate high performance and travel, especially during peak seasons
• You have good written and spoken English skills
• You are familiar with MS-Office programs and have ideally already gained experience with CRM systems
