Your tasks:

• You support national and international customers
• You process incoming inquiries and are responsible for order processing and tracking
• You work closely with our field service
• You support our sales team at trade fairs and events on-site and make preparations for sales promotions
• You process complaints and carry out various other administrative activities

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the bicycle or sports industry
• You already have professional experience from a comparable function in Key Account Management
• You have good to very good English skills in speaking and writing
• You combine your careful, independent, and customer-oriented way of working with excellent communication skills
• You are familiar with common MS-Office programs and have ideally already gained experience with CRM-Systemen
• You are an absolute team player
