Job Description: Join a dynamic engineering team modernizing customer platforms through innovative Salesforce solutions. You'll design, build and maintain robust software systems integrated with enterprise-scale infrastructure, collaborating across cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact customer journeys and business outcomes. Must-Have: 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience, with demonstrated expertise in both declarative and programmatic approaches Salesforce Platform 2+ certification as a mandatory requirement Expert proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, and Apex development Proven experience designing, building and consuming APIs and integrations across multiple systems and platforms Basic DevOps knowledge, including version control systems such as Git and repository management practices Competency in delivering well-structured, secure and maintainable code meeting functional and nonfunctional requirements Ability to work within cross-functional squads, collaborating effectively with Product, QA, Architecture and Operations teams Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken Ownership mindset with strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills Would be great if you have: 3 or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating broad platform expertise 1 or more years of practical experience with Vlocity or Salesforce Industries Cloud Basic knowledge of Vlocity CPQ implementation patterns Low-level technical design and architecture capabilities Background in large-scale IT organisations, bringing enterprise perspective to development Familiarity with cloud-native concepts such as event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing patterns Experience participating in live service support, incident investigation and continuous improvement initiatives What's in it for you: Continuous Training and Certifications GRiT Prizes: GRiT Baby Gift, GRiT Birthday Prize, GRiT Recommendation Prize Exclusive Partnerships/Discounts: (Gym, Health, Well-being, Lifestyle, Financial, etc…) Unique Events Welcoming Office (Fruit, Coffee, Pool Table, etc.) Competitive Compensation Pay for Performance
