Your tasks
Job Description: Translation of business needs into clear requirements, process design and optimization, and close follow-up of transformation and automation initiatives, bridging Business, Processes and Development teams.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a similar field
- 2+ years of proven work as Business Analyst, ideally in transformation projects and digital solution development
- Hands-on requirements elicitation, analysis, clarification and closure with business areas
- Proven ability to turn business needs into functional requirements and user stories, including acceptance criteria, scenarios and dependencies
- Autonomy and critical thinking to challenge and clarify requirements, keeping Business, Processes and Development aligned
- Process design and optimization skills
- Stakeholder management, with expectation alignment across different areas
- Follow-up of implementation, testing and validation of delivered solutions
- Agile working background
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Portuguese language
- Proactivity, ownership and strong sense of responsibility
- Analytical mindset, problem solving and clear communication
- Team player, comfortable working across departments
- Solid organization and prioritization, with focus on delivery quality and deadlines
Would be great if you have
- Exposure to AI initiatives or AI-based solutions
- Track record in transformation and automation projects
