Content and Social Media Specialist
Your tasks
- Research trending formats, hooks, and audio on TikTok and Reels
- Develop content ideas and angles that drive product interest and conversion
- Write scripts and captions for sales content (product testimonials, problem-solution, UGC-style)
- Create content briefs for talent when needed: concept, key message, hooks, and dos & don’ts
- Manage content production, from talent coordination to content curation
- Support production and appear on camera when needed\
- Track content performance (views, retention, CTR, conversion) and iterate based on results
- Keep scripts and documentation organized
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in content writing, social media, or content creation (fresh grads with a strong portfolio are welcome)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Available for a full-time contract
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Reels, and why content goes viral
- Strong copywriting, especially persuasive hooks, scripts, and sales-driven captions
- Quick to spot trends and adapt them for brands
- Able to turn a brief into a production-ready script
- Able to read performance data and turn it into actionable insights
- Strong communicator across production teams, talent, and clients
- Able to juggle tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and open to feedback
