Griffner Metallveredelung is a Carinthian company founded in 1992 with its headquarters in Griffen and is one of the leading Austrian coating companies.

Due to our steady growth, we are looking for 1 Employee for Scheduling and Warehouse Logistics for the earliest possible starting date.

Your area of responsibility:

" Recording of sales and production orders in the ERP system (NAV)

" Execution of scheduling planning

" Processing of delivery calls according to VDA for production planning

" Inventory management of items and packaging

" Monitoring of logistical processes with regard to over- or under-utilization of the warehouse

" Maintenance of article master data

" Control and continuous improvement of all operative processes

" Execution of inventories

" Recording of incoming delivery notes from the supplier in the ERP system

" Coordination and monitoring of transports

We expect:

" Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, HLW or similar)

" Professional experience in scheduling, warehouse, logistics or purchasing

" Good IT skills: MS Office is required, basic ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

" Strong personality with excellent communication skills

" Independent, structured way of working as well as cross-process, entrepreneurial thinking

" Very good English skills in speaking and writing

Wage and salary information:
