Your tasks

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and hands-on repairs of electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, utility and general building systems, including AHU rooms and switch rooms.
• Supervise contractors carrying out servicing, repair and renovation works.

Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair works.

Salary: Up to $3000 + VB Location: Macpherson Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm),Alt Sat (9am-1pm)
