Building Facility Technician |Up to $3,000 + VB|5.25 Days | Macpherson - ZH

Salary: Up to $3000+VB Location: Macpherson Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm),Alternate Saturday (9am-1pm)

Key Duties:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, utility, and general building systems, including AHU rooms and switch rooms.
• Oversee contractors carrying out servicing, repair, and renovation works to ensure proper completion of maintenance tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or building maintenance.
