About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets, and the ability to transform raw data into accurate, clear, and actionable reports. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, maintaining spreadsheets, creating reports, and helping management make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage complex Excel spreadsheets and databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create dashboards and performance tracking reports.
• Use Excel formulas, functions, PivotTables, charts, and data analysis tools.
• Clean, organize, validate, and maintain large amounts of data.
• Consolidate information from multiple spreadsheets and data sources.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks when possible.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested.
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home-office environment.
