You will achieve this

Within our warehouse operation in Maastricht Airport, you will work for multiple clients, each with their own logistical processes and expectations. No two days are the same. Together with your team, you ensure that processes run efficiently and that objectives regarding safety, quality, and productivity are realized: you contribute to this.

How do you do this? As warehouse supervisor, you are responsible for multiple operational processes and lead team leaders and warehouse employees. You monitor the performance of the operation, analyze results, and adjust where necessary. Thanks to your leadership, you know how to motivate people and continuously improve processes. You will achieve this by:

• managing, coaching, and developing team leaders and operational employees
• monitoring KPIs regarding productivity, quality, and safety and actively adjusting based on these
• ensuring optimal personnel planning and efficient deployment of resources
• initiating and guiding improvement projects within the warehouse operation
• maintaining close cooperation with clients and internal departments to realize operational objectives.

You bring

• experience in a leadership position within warehousing or logistics
• knowledge of logistical processes and the ability to analyze and improve operational performance
• strong coaching and communication skills
• experience with KPI management and continuous improvement processes
• good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
