What will you do?

As a group leader, you are responsible for the daily operation in our warehouse. You will work in our warehouse in Born and you will be involved in managing your team. You ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly.

Your tasks:

• Leading a team of logistics TeamMembers
• Ensuring efficient planning and optimal deployment of TeamMembers
• Coaching and motivating your team to get the best out of themselves
• Steering on quality, safety, and deadlines
• Initiating improvement projects (Continuous Improvement) and creating support for changes.
