Responsibilities and assignments
- Conduct commercial negotiations with customers and representatives regarding order volume, deadlines, and discounts;
- Analyze the market (potential, competitor analysis, trends), aiming to identify opportunities;
- Act in obtaining sales orders, aiming to achieve and exceed the sales portfolio (goals);
- Support and monitor sales projection and performance processes (histories, simulations, perspectives, forecasts), performing performance analysis by line and proposing adjustments to forecasts;
- Monitor the implementation of the appropriate positioning of the company's brands and products in the market, according to company policies and guidelines (sales channels, cultural adequacy, show-room, MPVs);
- Present product collections, seeking alignment of the positioning of commercial strategies;
- Analyze and propose the best sizing of visits x billing in the representative's area, aiming to optimize the sales force;
- Identify opportunities, verify applicability (cost x benefit), and present improvement proposals in order to qualify organizational processes within your specialty.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields;
- Solid experience as a Trader and/or in commercial activities in the international market with large accounts;
- Fluent English and Spanish;
- Availability for frequent travel.
