Trend and Consumer Behavior Supervisor

In the Design team, you will be responsible for transforming behavior and consumption signals into strategic directions for Grendene's brands, strengthening the culture of innovation, fashion, and design and contributing to decisions that impact the future of the business!

Responsibilities and assignments

• Map short and medium-term behavior and consumption trends transversal to all Grendene brands, focusing on opportunities and strengthening the culture of fashion, design, and innovation;
• Act constantly in the search for the broadest contribution of research professionals to the corporation and the possibility of greater articulation with different areas, market intelligence, supplies, business, mkt, etc;
• Establish a proprietary Grendene research framework and processes;
• Develop work processes, aligning common activities of the teams (e.g., definition of color palettes, etc);
• Share information between teams aiming to enhance the work of Design to encourage a creative culture;
• Stimulate more agile action regarding the incorporation of trends in the form of actions, projects;
• Train professionals who are at different stages of knowledge regarding research, seeking development for the excellence in performance cultivated at GD;
• Improve criticality and strategic reasoning by mapping trends in favor of the business to further enhance the corporation's results.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Moda, Design, or related areas;
• Experience in the field is desirable, preferably with people and process management;
• Availability to be on-site in Farroupilha/RS;
• Fluency in English.
