Responsibilities and assignments

• Research and develop innovative solutions for the company's areas, aiming for the best cost-benefit ratio, productivity, and automation, aligned with business requirements and corporate guidelines;
• Coordinate meetings with factory managers and create research rituals, ensuring process governance and contributing to business results;
• Ensure the delivery of innovative solutions with operating conditions within current safety, ergonomics, and productivity standards;
• Act in the technical and operational guidance of the work team and other functions in the processes of your area of activity (maintenance and use);
• Present suggestions for improvements to the processes of your area of activity;
• Manage the portfolio of projects under your responsibility, developing planning and schedules;
• Ensure the delivery of project stages with quality within the determined deadline;
• Negotiate with all areas involved in the project;
• Ensure the engagement of all areas involved;
• Monitor purchase requisitions, materials, and services;
• Present suggestions for improvements to the processes of your area of activity.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Exact Sciences (Industrial Automation, Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields).
• Knowledge of production processes, industrial automation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Knowledge of machines, industrial equipment, and occupational safety standards.
• Proficiency in programming language.
• Intermediate English for reading, writing, and communication.
• Ability for data analysis, process optimization, and development of innovative solutions.

Additional information

• Certifications or courses in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Indústria 4.0, Industrial Automation, or Innovation Management.
• Experience with project management and digital transformation.
