About the company

PT Greenway Energy Indonesia, a pioneering battery manufacturing startup, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an After-Sales Technician in Cikarang, Bekasi! As part of our commitment to delivering superior clean energy solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair battery products at the service center and customer sites.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and handle warranty claims within SLA.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring failures and report findings to the Quality/Engineering team.
  • Prepare detailed service reports, educate customers on proper product usage, and manage spare part inventory.
  • Apply strict safety (K3) procedures when handling battery products.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Min. 1-2 years of after-sales or technical service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Deep understanding of DC electrical systems and proficiency with measuring tools (multimeter, battery tester).
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documents in English.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible logical thinker with excellent communication skills and customer relations.
  • Good command of written and spoken English for professional collaboration and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for work and holds a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).
  • Preferably based near Cikarang or Jakarta.
  • Experience with battery products (lead-acid, lithium, or BMS) is a plus.
