*Chef de Cuisine ? Greenview Taphouse*
Whether you're fresh off the trails, wrapping up a round of golf, or just looking for a laid-back local hangout, *Greenview Taphouse* is your spot. With *20+ rotating BC craft taps*, hand-crafted pizzas, and a passion for local ingredients, we serve up elevated pub fare in a cozy, vintage sports-themed setting.
We?re looking for a *Chef de Cuisine* who?s all about delivering *high-quality, consistent execution* in a *seasonally high-volume* kitchen. This isn?t a role for reinventing the wheel ? it?s about leading a well-run kitchen that delivers every time. You?ll oversee a skilled team, manage prep and service, and ensure we deliver excellence, efficiency, and consistency on our established menu ? especially during peak service and banquet events.

*What We?re Looking For*
- *5+ years of kitchen leadership experience* in high-volume operations
- Experience executing set menus with consistency and quality control
- Banquet or large-scale event cooking experience is a *must*
- Solid background in managing food and labor costs
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a tight, efficient kitchen team
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead service with confidence
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices
